Terms and Conditions YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS RENTAL EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN _______________________________OF ________________________________ (HEREINAFTER”CUSTOMER”) AND CITY STROLLER RENTALS (HEREINAFTER “COMPANY/WE/US”) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS RENTAL CONTRACT/AGREEMENT. 1 . ALL CITY STROLLER RENTALS OWNED EQUIPMENT IS USED AT THE RENTER’S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE RISK OF LOSS OR INJURY OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RENTED EQUIPMENT WHILE IN RENTER’S POSSESSION. RENTER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS CITY STROLLER RENTALS AND THEIR OWNERS, OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, HOTEL DELIVERY SITE PERSONNEL, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE RENTER’S USE, OPERATION, OR POSSESSION OF THE RENTED EQUIPMENT. NEITHER COMPANY NOR CITY STROLLER RENTALS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, OR LOSS, INCLUDING DEATH, ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY RENTAL EQUIPMENT OR THE FAILURE OF THE EQUIPMENT TO FUNCTION AS INTENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR READING THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND THE QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE TO ENSURE PROPER USE OF THE RENTED EQUIPMENT. 2 . ONCE A RESERVATION ORDER IS CONFIRMED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS OF THE EQUIPMENT REQUESTED AND/OR PROVIDE THE EQUIPMENT ON DIFFERENT DATES/TIMES AND/OR CANCEL THE ORDER, IN THE EVENT THE EQUIPMENT BECOME UNAVAILABLE OR THAT WE CAN NOT PROVIDE THEM ON THE DATES OR AT THE TIMES RESERVED (E.G., ILLNESS, ACCIDENT OR OTHER REASONS FOR UNAVAILABILITY, ETC.). WE WILL CONFIRM THE ABILITY TO DELIVER TO SAID DESTINATION/HOTEL OR RESORT. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER TO YOUR LOCALE OR ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY LOCATION, PICK-UP LOCATION, OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AT OUR OPTION. 3 . CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH ALL STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND RULES OF ALL PROPERTY OWNERS WHERE STROLLERS AND CAR SEATS ARE BEING USED OR LOCATED (PERTAINING TO THE USE OF THE STROLLER(S), INCLUDING FOLLOWING TRAFFIC LAWS, PARKING WHERE AND WHEN PERMITTED ONLY, AND USE OF/CLOSING OF STROLLERS ON MOVING VEHICLES SUCH AS TRAMS, TRAINS, SUBWAYS, MONORAILS, FERRIES, BUSES, ETC. 4 . CUSTOMER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE, PERMANENT MARKING/STAINING, OR DESTRUCTION OF THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT. IN THE EVENT THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BECOME LOST OR DAMAGED WHILE IN POSSESSION OF THE CUSTOMER OR UNDER THEIR CONTROL AT ANY TIME, AFTER DELIVERY AND PRIOR TO ITS RETURN TO THE COMPANY, THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE LIABLE TO CITY STROLLER RENTALS FOR ALL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE LOSS OF EQUIPMENT AND CUSTOMER HEREBY AUTHORIZES, CITY STROLLER RENTALS TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR THE COST OF REPLACING OR REPAIRING THE EQUIPMENT IN ADDITION TO ANY CHARGES INCURRED FOR THE RENTAL OF THE EQUIPMENT. THE CUSTOMER MAY BE CHARGED FOR ANY DAMAGE, MISSING PARTS, OR LOSS DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD, WHETHER THE CUSTOMER HAD THE STROLLER(S) IN THE CUSTOMER’S POSSESSION OR NOT, AND WHETHER THE DAMAGE OR LOSS WAS DUE TO THE CUSTOMER’S FAULT OR NOT. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL COST OF REPLACING THE EQUIPMENT IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE OR THEFT. THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO RETURN ALL RENTED EQUIPMENT TO CITY STROLLER RENTALS IN THE SAME CONDITION CUSTOMER RECEIVED IT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A $35.00 FEE FOR EXTRA CLEANING. EXAMPLES OF WHERE STROLLERS WOULD BE CONSIDERED EXCESSIVELY DIRTY WOULD INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) WHERE THEY ARE RETURNED WITH STUCK-ON CHEWING GUM, CRAYON MARKINGS, PAINT, ARTS AND CRAFTS GLUE, MARKERS, PEN INK, DRIED FOOD AND BEVERAGE, VOMIT, OR DIAPER BLOWOUTS. 5 . RENTER AGREES TO RETURN ALL RENTED EQUIPMENT TO THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY LOCATION UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. EQUIPMENT THAT IS UNABLE TO BE RETRIEVED IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF ADDITIONAL RENTAL DAY(S) AND A $35.00 RETURN TRIP FEE. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY RENTED EQUIPMENT AT ANY TIME DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD FAILS TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY, APPEARS DANGEROUS IN ANY WAY, OR THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT KNOW THE CORRECT OPERATING PROCEDURE, THE CUSTOMER SHALL IMMEDIATELY CEASE/STOP USE OF THE EQUIPMENT AND THEREAFTER NOTIFY AND MAKE CONTACT WITH CITY STROLLER RENTALS TO DETERMINE THE LOCATION TO WHICH TO RETURN THE EQUIPMENT. THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY PROMPTLY ALL FEES AND CHARGES WHICH ACCRUE BECAUSE OF THE RENTAL, INCLUDING RENTAL FEES, LATE FEES, AND CHARGES FOR DAMAGES TO AND/OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT. IN THE EVENT OF A LOAN OUT, SUBLEASE, OR PERMITTED USE TO A THIRD PARTY, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR SAME AND TO INDEMNIFY CITY STROLLER RENTALS FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY BY OR TO A THIRD PARTY USER. WE MAY DISCLOSE WITH THE APPLICABLE HOTEL, RESORT, AND OTHER DELIVERY/PICKUP SITE PERSONNEL IN ORDER TO ALLOW THEM TO HOLD YOUR RENTED STROLLER(S) EQUIPMENT, ACCEPT THEM FROM YOU AND HOLD THEM UNTIL WE PICK THEM UP AFTER YOUR RENTAL PERIOD. 9 . CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD CITY STROLLER RENTALS AND ITS AGENTS, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, TORT, AND STRICT LIABILITIES), EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, ARISING FROM OR RESULTING FROM THE MANUFACTURE, POSSESSION, CONDITION, USE, OPERATION, HANDLING, TRANSPORTATION, AND/OR RETURN OF THE RENTED EQUIPMENT AND/OR CUSTOMER’S BREACH OF ANY TERM/CONDITION OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE RENTER AGREES TO INSPECT AND VERIFY THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE EQUIPMENT UPON RECEIPT AND TO NOTIFY CITY STROLLER RENTALS OF ANY DAMAGES, MALFUNCTIONS, OR MISSING COMPONENTS SO THAT APPROPRIATE MEASURES CAN BE TAKEN TO REPAIR AND/OR REPLACE RENTAL EQUIPMENT. THE EQUIPMENT SHALL REMAIN, AT ALL TIMES, THE PROPERTY OF CITY STROLLER RENTALS. 10 . CUSTOMER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT: (1) EACH RENTAL IS OF A TYPE, DESIGN, QUALITY, AND MANUFACTURE SELECTED BY THE RENTER, ACCEPTABLE TO THE CUSTOMER AND SUITABLE FOR THE CUSTOMER’S PURPOSES; (2) CITY STROLLER RENTALS ARE NOT THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER OF THE EQUIPMENT (3) CITY STROLLER RENTALS IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENFORCE ANY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ON BEHALF OF ITSELF OR THE CUSTOMER; AND (4) ALL EQUIPMENT RENTED “AS IS.” THE CUSTOMER CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS OF ANY DAMAGES OCCURRING IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES IN THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT. CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES TO WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE CITY STROLLER RENTALS AND THEIR AGENTS, SERVANTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR REPRESENTATIVES INCLUDING HOTEL OR OTHER PICK-UP SITES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE AND/OR OTHER CASUALTY WHICH MAY OCCUR. INSURANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONCE THE RENTAL ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN DELIVERED OR TAKEN POSSESSION OF. IT IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO DETERMINE THEIR PARTICIPATION IN PURCHASING AN INSURANCE WAIVER. AT NO TIME SHALL ANY GUARANTEE BE MADE BY THE CITY STROLLER OR UNDERSTOOD BY THE CLIENT THAT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RENTED ITEM(S) HAS BEEN DISSOLVED FROM THE CLIENT WITHOUT THE PURCHASE OF AN INSURANCE WAIVER. ($12.50 IS THE INSURANCE TOTAL ADDED TO THE STROLLER RENTAL COST) INSURANCE SHALL BE GRANTED TO THE CLIENT RESERVING AN ITEM(S) FROM THE CITY STROLLER IN WHICH AN INSURANCE WAIVER WAS PURCHASED FOR SUCH SAID ITEM(S). THIS INSURANCE SHALL AT NO TIME BE TRANSFERABLE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OTHER THAN THE CLIENT. THIS INSURANCE WAIVER IS ONLY IN EFFECT AND ENFORCEABLE WHILE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE CLIENT. THE CLIENT WILL FORFEIT ANY CLAIM TO THE BENEFIT OF INSURANCE PURCHASED IF THE CLIENT RELINQUISHES CONTROL OR POSSESSION OF THE RENTED ITEM(S) AT ANY TIME TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OTHER THAN A SPOUSE. WE USE GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEMS ON OUR MORE EXPENSIVE STROLLERS FOR USE TO LOCATE EQUIPMENT THAT IS MISPLACED OR POSSIBLY STOLEN. CITY STROLLER RENTALS IS THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE VEHICLE OR ASSET OF SAID RENTAL EQUIPMENT AND WE ARE BY LAW ALLOWED TO TRACK ASSETS IF THE SAFETY OF THE ASSET IS COMPROMISED. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT GPS TRACKING DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE RETRIEVAL OF EQUIPMENT IF THE EQUIPMENT IS MISPLACED OR STOLEN. THERE IS NO 100% RECOVERY RATE GUARANTEE. REPLACEMENT COSTS: Replacement cost of equipment is based on many variables and solely CITY STROLLER RENTALS DETERMINES full replacement value. Replacement costs will be paid immediately and are not contingent upon receipt of payment to Customer by CUSTOMER’s insurance carrier. Rental charges will continue to accrue until payment of the deemed replacement cost has been received in full by CITY STROLLER RENTALS. Rental charges will not be offset against replacement value. 12. OPTION TO DECLINE: IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH IN THIS CONTRACT, YOU MUST NOT PLACE AN ORDER, SIGN THIS AGREEMENT, OR OTHERWISE ENGAGE IN ANY RENTAL TRANSACTION WITH CITY STROLLER RENTALS. IN SUCH CASE, THE CUSTOMER SHALL REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CUSTOMER’S ORIGINAL RESERVATION FOR THE RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT IMPORTANT NOTES • We make every effort to arrive on time, however, due to unpredictable traffic situations and unexpected delays, we do not guarantee exact delivery times. Allow a 2-hour window for Delivery and Pickup. • We sell out of popular items during Holidays and Special Events. We encourage booking early to reserve equipment during these times. If you are an avid or professional runner/jogger looking for a high-end professional jogging stroller, please check with local bicycle shops to see if they can accommodate your need. We've used this company on both of our Disneyland Trips with our kids and we will continue to rent strollers from them for future trips. What a great practical concept for a business. I typically travel light, and didn't want the hassle of flying with our stroller to use for Disneyland. I'm not one to typically write reviews, but this was my first time renting a stroller outside of the park and not just using my own. The service was exactly as described, prices better than renting in the parks, and a much higher quality stroller combined with the convenience of taking it back to my hotel for the entire week has made me a huge fan of this service. We also needed to add an extra day at the last minute; I submitted the web form for contact the night before around 8pm and had a confirmation of the change within 30 minutes and my stroller dropped off the very next morning. Don't think twice about booking, just do it, you won't regret it.

Amazing service! Our stroller rental was the smoothest part of our Disney vacation. The stroller was dropped off at the hotel front desk before we arrived and all we had to do at the end of the trip was take it back to the front desk. Super easy! The quality of the stroller was top notch as well. The security guard at Disney commented on it asking "how much was this stroller?" When I told him it was a rental, he couldn't believe it, saying "you should see some of the rentals that come through here - they look so beat up." Our rented stroller was so much nicer and more comfortable than the hard plastic Disney rentals. I felt the price for the convenience and quality of stroller was very reasonable. Used this service for our Disneyland trip end of April. I booked online then tried to call to confirm some details and the number takes you to an automated thing saying you're eligible for a free health device, then seems to connect you to a live person to discuss the medical device, but that's a recording too. I panicked thinking that I had been scammed after booking. I finally got a hold of the owner another way and she confirmed details and also seemed to be aware her number goes to a medical marketing loop. I was still skeptical, however we received the stroller as indicated and return was easy as well. It ended up being a great service. The stroller was exactly what we needed as we were looking for one that would fit our tall five year old. But I wish the owner would change the number or at least put a disclaimer on the website if you're trying to call.. would have saved me a lot of headache wondering if we had been scammed and debating if I should cancel our credit card before our Disney trip.

Such a great and easy experience with City Stroller Rentals! I had initial questions before booking, emailed their contact listed on the website. They got back to me in less than 24 hours. Booked the rental easily on their website. We arrived at the hotel and our stroller was already waiting for us. Stroller worked great all weekend, lots of storage and smooth driving. On pick up day we left the stroller in our hotel lobby, they picked it up before 10 am and sent me a "collected" email with date/time stamp. This was by far the best way to do Disneyland if you are flying and don't want to bring your on stroller! So I was able to book our stroller about 2 weeks before flying into LA! Was super easy to book on their website and when I couldn't find the answers to my questions I called them up and they were super nice and friendly! We were staying with friends and they had no problems dropping it off at our friends house as well! Again super nice when dropping off and picking up. Even when I made the mistake of putting in the wrong zip code and she drove 6 miles in the opposite direction. I would totally recommend them to friends and will definitely use them again. The stroller was definitely in used condition as you can imagine how many rentals they probably get but it was clean and smelt super clean too! Again would totally use them again!

I had used this company in 2019 on our first family trip to Disneyland and enjoyed my experience. My neighbor had referred me and had spoke of their high standards for sanitization and overall customer service. This year I had planned to use them again but was told to go through another company (covid regulations). It wasn't made clear to me at the time that I could still use this company, the only difference was that I would have to actually meet to receive the stroller whereas before Covid the stroller could be left at the hotel upon my arrival. So I went with another company. Our trip was scheduled for 9 days and I had difficulty with the company I was directed to on this trip. After the 5th day and still not having the appropriate stroller... I was reminded of City Strollers and to contact the owner Jules. This woman works hard. She was in constant communication with me, found me a stroller that was perfect for us (not sure why this was so difficult with the previous stroller company) and had it to me by end of day the same day. She delivered. Not only did she deliver, she cared. I hadn't actually met her in 2019, but I did this year when she, the owner, rushed to deliver me a a stroller I so desperately in need of. I don't know how she does it! She brought me a stroller and showed empathy for my situation. She was kind she was prompt and the stroller was impeccable. I don't choose to focus or call out another company... but this company deserves a 5 Star! I choose to focus on what I got, not what I didn't. This kind gesture left an imprint on me and my family and I am grateful for City Strollers and for Jules! Jules if you read these, thank you! It was a pleasure working with you and while my daughter will most likely not fit in a stroller next year, you found the perfect one for this year! Fantastic! This was a lifesaver for a parent of 2 toddlers going to Disneyland! The stroller was clean and dropped off to our hotel at 8 am. Amazing service and great, clean strollers. We visited Disneyland and rented a double Baby Jogger City Mini GT. I had actually called for a double Bob but the amazing woman who answered my call said the Baby Jogger would be better, and more easily maneuverable, for my tall 3 and 4 year old. I appreciated the suggestion, particularly because the Baby Jogger was cheaper to rent relative to the Bob. On the day of our arrival, our stroller awaited us in the lobby of our hotel and, when I needed to extend our rental by a day over 4th of July weekend (!!), she got back to me quickly and communicated the revised costs immediately. Everything about our experience was superlative and I wouldn't hesitate to use, and recommend, them in the future.

Our first trip to Disneyland with both kids was made so much easier by City Stroller Rentals and their smooth process. They deliver high-quality, super clean, sturdy strollers, and drop off/pickup directly to your hotel lobby for the easiest arrangement ever. They have great email communication and make it easy to pay a deposit and then the final payment all online securely with a credit card. The prices are extremely affordable and totally worth saving your personal stroller from the wear-and-tear of airplane travel.We loved getting to use a Baby Jogger City Mini and while it was definitely a used stroller, it arrived smelling great, was super clean, and everything on the stroller (brakes, basket, sun shade) worked well. The parent console that's included on the handle (for water bottle and phone) was Velcroed on and the Velcro wasn't very sticky anymore so it occasionally would fall off but as long as we didn't overload it it wasn't a problem.Just make sure to read all the fine print and take their advice and call your hotel ahead of time to make sure they are fine with the drop-off. Ours was dropped off the morning of our check-in even though we didn't arrive until the afternoon and our hotel was fine with it. It was such an easy process that I'd totally do this again in So-Cal and only wish there was a company like City Stroller Rentals EVERYWHERE we travel!

Yes! Total lifesaver. Two hours into our drive to Disneyland it hit us that my hubs forgot to load our double stroller. We planned long days in the park with two little ones , so non reclining strollers were just not an option. Just when I thought our magical vacation would already doomed. I contacted CSR after reading some online tips. I spoke with a woman named Jules (sp?) who was so understanding on our predicament. Yes yes yes! This woman is SO helpful and made drop off and pick up unbelievably easy! The day we planned on leaving, our whole family woke up sick...fevers, coughs, etc. I sent a text that we wanted to leave earlier than expected (we weren't able to leave our stroller in the hotel lobby for pick up). This company is top notch! This was my first time renting from City Stroller Rentals and it was such a wonderful and easy experience. I rented a special needs Maclaren Major Elite and a City Mini, both in beautiful like new condition, clean and bonus...they included addition skip hop saddle storage and drink holder storage. In the past I had rented from a competitor and had no idea what I was missing out on. The competetor's strollers were faded, didn't roll smooth due to nicked worn wheels and never once came with addition storage or drink holders. We even had an experience where they "replaced" one of my rentals with a different stroller model due to overbooking (the replacement was not designed for tall people and we spent our days in Disneyland pushing a stroller hunched over and taking lots of Ibuprofen for back pain. I vowed to find a better company for our next trip and that's City Stroller! As Disneyland AP holders we will be using City Stroller Rentals again and again. Last but not least is the quality customer service. I called once to adjust my rental dates and then another time with a last minute hotel drop off change and both times a real person picked up, she was helpful, friendly and made the changes without any issues.

On our recent trip to Disneyland, we ended up needing a double stroller at the last minute - long story is that my in-laws drove down our double BOB and we flew, my MIL got sick so they left a day early which left us in kind of a bind. She was able to confirm that a double stroller would be delivered to our hotel by 10 am. We were in the parks at the time of delivery (I made my almost 4 yr old and almost 6 yr old walk but I knew they wouldn't be able to walk all day) and I received an email at 9:59 am confirming that it was delivered. The hotel we stayed at is able to accept strollers with no problems and they even have a separate holding area adjacent to valet.My older child has a peanut allergy so I had inquired about cleanliness between each client. Jewel reassured me that they are commercially cleaned before each use and she mentioned she has a peanut allergy as well so I was comfortable in knowing that City Stroller Rentals is diligent about this process.All in all, I was VERY happy with their service and pricing and will be using them in the future.

As annual pass holders, City Stroller Rentals is the only place I'll use when we're in town. Customer service is amazing, prices are reasonable and quality and cleanliness is top notch. We had reservations at a hotel this past visit that wouldn't allow them to deliver our stroller (remind me never to stay at Tropicana again) and jewel was FABULOUS with working within our schedule to deliver and drop off the stroller since we had to be there in person. Best decision I've made regarding our Disney trip. The convenience of pick up the stroller upon checking into our hotel and drop off by just leaving at our hotel bell desk before heading to the airport.. GENIUS! The stroller was in great shape and their customer service is excellent! I called the customer service line several times because of my own anxiety in regards to my toddler getting the stroller dirty and what the company considered "normal wear and tear" the lady I spoke to was very patient with me and my tons of hypothetical questions. Keep in mind I knew I wouldn't left my kid just ruin it on purpose nor would I let her have any type of food or drink that would stain the stroller. I was just overly paranoid. This company is great! My stroller tire had a flat on our way to Disneyland in the morning. Not wanting to delay our park day, I rented a stroller to be delivered to our hotel and set up tire repair which I assumed would take a day. City Stroller rentals showed up at the hotel right away and fixed my tire, then refunded the money for the rental stroller and didn't cost us any Disney time! Such quick service and great communication. Highly recommend! In case people wonder why not just rent the strollers at the parks, it is because you can't take them out of the parks. Ie, after an exhausting day at Disneyland when you kid is melting down or sleeping in the stroller, you have to take them out and walk to your hotel (minimum of a few blocks for the closest one). This sucks, let me tell you. There is no tired like "Disney Tired". It is so much better to get a stroller that you can take all the way to your hotel room, and City Stroller just picks it up there. Jewel is awesome! Amazing customer service! Brought our BOB stroller with us for Disneyland, when we get to the hotel, one of the tires is totally flat, tried to pump it up!! Still flat, later that evening went to the website to inquire about renting a stroller, come to find out, they could repair the tire. Driver came to hotel next morning, picked up the stroller took it to the "stroller cave", stroller had a bad valve, they fixed the valve and checked all the other tires, put air in all tires! Gosh this review is MONTHS overdue. Jewel saved our butts (or should I say our arms?!) on our trip to Disneyland in December. Our umbrella stroller that had already survived one Disney trip did not survive this one sadly and broke and died in the beginning of our trip. Now I don't know about you, but even though our hotel was close and across the street, I don't really want to carry a tired, almost 50lb child back to the hotel after we trekked all day in the happiest place on earth. We stayed at the Grand Californian Hotel at Disneyland for 3 nights, 6/19/2017. We reserved a City Mini double stroller from City Stroller Rentals. The stroller was at the Bell services desk when we got there and we just dropped it off at the Bell services desk when we were through with it. It was a great stroller for a 3 and 5 year old! Wow this company is great. We just got back from a trip to Disneyland and booked a double stroller through City Stroller Rentals at the last minute (the night before we arrived in Anaheim). The next afternoon we checked into our hotel (the Howard Johnson next to the parks) and our stroller was in the lobby waiting for us. Perfect, five star experience! I was a little hesitant to use this service because no one answered the phone when I initially called to make a reservation. However, I saw the good reviews and went ahead with an online reservation and booked a double stroller for our 5 day Disneyland stay. We just returned from a trip to Disneyland and rented a double stroller from them. They were amazing and provided top notch customer service. We had our two kiddos with us, a 5 year old and 7 month old so we rented a doubled stroller. We received notification when they delivered the stroller, along with detailed pictures. We are so happy we rented from city stroller rentals for our first family trip to Disneyland! The stroller was at the hotel when we checked in, with our name attached to it, which allowed us to keep track of it while in Disneyland. I just got back home from our annual Disneyland trip. This was my first trip with 2 kids and we never need a double stroller... Until we go to Disneyland of course. Ordered a City Mini double. Got an email the next day saying it was overbooked for that model and immediately refunded my deposit. I booked the GT model. Great price for 4 days. I received an email the morning of our trip (we were still 4 hours away) telling me the stroller was delivered to our hotel, where it was delivered, with a ton of pictures showing what it looks like and the stroller in its drop off location. Nice! Picked it up. Good condition, exactly as advertised, had our name on it, etc. After the 4 days, we returned it to the same place it was dropped off. 3 hours later we received an email saying it was picked up. Perfect service, it was there at the courtyard upon check in. The bellhop had it in the closet outside the hotel with our last name adhered to it, easy to find. The waters I paid for were underneath it in the basket, the cute halloween mickey in the quality light up jackolantern was smiling at us. It was a great add on, and made my 4 year old happy enough to climb right in the stroller and let the adventure begin! Normally he wouldn't be happy getting into a "baby stroller" because he is such a BIG BOY! ;) It was a great stroller (same one we used to own) and little man was very happy not to have to walk everywhere. He almost fell asleep at one point. I got the stroller protection plan, so I was never worried leaving it around the park. I only parked it in stroller approved areas inside Disney and Downtown Disney. Upon return, I was exhausted, getting ready to leave the hotel and return the stroller, I was outside cleaning out the stroller when the bell hop grabbed it and said "don't worry they are a great company, you don't have to get every bit of trash out of it" and off he went with the stroller. Wow, just wow. What an excellent service. We left our old stroller in Anaheim last time we came to Disneyland. It was old and very inexpensive but I held in to it just for trips to Disney. This time I considered buying an umbrella stroller as our son is 5 and we only use a stroller in the parks. I quickly realized he is way to big for an umbrella stroller. I didn't want to rent a stroller at the park because you have to leave it there at the end of the day, that doesn't work for me as we walk to and from the parks. I remembered reading about City Stroller on the DLR prep school site and I thought I'd give it a try. At first I didn't want to spend the money, but wow, what an awesome stroller. How did I raise my child without such a stroller. Seriously, I snapped a pic and sent it to my husband with the heading "Porsche of strollers". It rolls so well, folds easily and he could actually completely recline. And the sun cover was more than adequate. If you are hesitant to bring or rent a stroller-do it. If your child fits make it happen! It means I can walk at my pace without a fussy child throughout the day we get places quicker and with fewer tears. And this service is top notch, my stroller delivered to our hotel the day we arrived and picked up the day we left. I actually got a picture before I boarded my plane of our stroller at the guest services of our hotel. They also took a picture upon pick up. Can't say enough about city strollers, we will be back. Phenomenal! I I needed two strollers that were easy to use and very sturdy for Disneyland on short notice. The owner herself took my reservation made sure I was confident about where I was going to pick up my stroller offered to have it delivered gave me a discount for renting 2 strollers made sure I was clear on the terms and confirmed everything via email and text. The pick up was literally around the corner from the Disney parking structure. The strollers were even better than I could have expected clean sanitized I had absolutely no concerns whatsoever about putting my two grand babies in them and everybody at Disneyland was jealous because our strollers had insulated cup holders and carry pouches on the handle bar area. In addition they have rubber grips that were so much more comfortable and easier then the Disneyland metal handled strollers where my hands slipped slid and cramped all day the day before, and I got 3 days rental for the price of 1 day of a Disney stroller. We didn't have to worry about packing a stroller and taking extra room up in our car while we were traveling I would recommend them to anybody anytime and I will definitely be using them again!

So easy. Delivered early to our hotel, simple to get from bell desk. It was so much easier than lugging our own stroller. We have a really, really nice stroller so I assumed this would be sort of "slumming it" and I was so wrong. We got the Summit X3 Jogger which was cushiony and actually better made than our own. It took me ten minutes to order online including deciding which style to choose. As for dropping off, I just turned the stroller back in to the Disneyland Hotel bell desk and they knew the drill. This company is fantastic! I just got back from taking my 5 & 7 year old to their first trip to Disneyland. I was hesitant to have a stroller for my kids but I was told by friends that you will need it for the long days of walking. I haven't needed a stroller for 2 years and I didn't want to have to borrow a stroller from a friend and lug it on a plane. I was thinking about renting a stroller from Disneyland but the reviews said that they are basically umbrella strollers and aren't good if you have big kids, which I have, both are 50 lbs. I found this company online, read the great reviews and booked everything through their website. They have a variety of strollers and I picked the jogging stroller for a large weight limit. Once I arrived at my hotel (Disney Grand Californian), it was waiting at Bell Service for me with my name tag posted on the back. My kids are in great shape and play outside all the time but Disneyland can take a toll on a kid, big & small with all the walking and waiting in lines. It's also great to store sweatshirts, souvenirs and other stuff you need with you. On the first day at the park, my youngest fell asleep in it for an hour and by the second day, both my kids were fighting over who could take a turn in the stroller. It makes things go smoother, when you don't have to drag a tired, crabby kid through the park. At end of our trip, we just had to drop it back off at Bell service and left. You receive an email when the stroller is ready for you and when they picked it up.

It was not a cheap brand but high end strollers. We needed to get a 2nd double stroller & Jewel met us at Disneyland to drop off. Before our trip I checked the weather forecast and there was heavy rain expected for one of our scheduled Disneyland days. Heard the BEST things about this rental company from a friend that's a VIP and as her assistant book Disney trips for her family.
